Moonstone jewellery? Here’s the Luna collection by Estoiles & Co.
Want jewellery that’s truly out of this world? Parisian high jewellery brand Estoiles & Co. has recently launched an interesting collection that features not only precious stones formed from the core of the Earth, but also coveted gems that come from outer space. Yes, diamonds are one thing, but lunar stones are a completely different kind of luxury that’s only available to society’s elite.
Estoiles & Co. presents Luna, a new and distinctive collection associating the prestige of gold and the light of diamonds to a material as unique as exceptional: a genuine Lunar Jewel. The Lunar Jewel, perfectly treated and the gem-cut process of which is patented by Estoiles & Co, lends itself to a variety of magnificent jewellery, destined to become the icon of Estoiles & Co. design.

How did they get their hands on this precious material? Apparently, a meteorite once hit the moon and the debris landed on the Earth’s sand and snow deserts. Only a total of 163 of these stones exist today, commanding a very high premium among avid collectors of cosmic jewellery.
Selected lunar stones will follow a unique process established by Estoiles & Co. to render the spectacular brilliance of our natural satellite while respecting perfectly the properties of their composition. Each gem, then denominated Luna, is laser-engraved with a unique number, conferring it with an identity bound to the results of tests. The integral treatment has been patented by Estoiles & Co. and enables to introduce for the first time in History this exceptional jewel in the art of Jewellery.
Owning a piece of jewellery that contains something that actually came from outer space will be no small feat, however, as prices start at about AED 170,000 for a ring made of 4.9gr white gold, 68 diamonds (0.34ct), and 1 Luna (0.25ct).
