SensAsia Urban Spa has been awarded the title of ‘Best Independent Spa’ at the Middle East Spa Awards for SensAsia Urban Spa at Emirates Golf Club. The highly respected Middle East Spa Awards, hosted at The Palace – The Old Town, recognizes outstanding achievements in both the quality of service and amenities provided by spas across the region and is the ultimate recognition of excellence in the Middle East spa and wellness industry.

SensAsia Urban Spas was founded by Salina Handa in 2004 with a first outlet in the The Village Mall in Jumeirah providing a chic, urban spa destination for Dubai’s spa lovers. From there Salina went on to open spas on the Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Golf Club and the brand’s first express concept, SensAsia Express, launched in Mall of the Emirates in 2011. A new luxury concept ‘THE SPA by SensAsia’ which is located in Ras Al Khaimah, opened in March 2012 offering SensAsia’s most premium spa service to date.
