Due to successful sales of its specially-designed silver and ceramic ring for Save the Children, Bvlgari has announced that it has made donations in excess of €12 million to the independent children’s rights organisation.

The Rome-headquartered high jewellery company has also pledged to support the organisation for another two years, committing to raise at least an additional €3 million by the end of 2013 through the sales of the Bvlgari Save the Children special edition ring ^[2], an accessory that has become an iconic “fashion cares” style statement.

The ring, inspired by the unique B.zero1 jewelry line, has been launched in October 2010 and is available in Bvlgari stores worldwide, select department stores, and on Bvlgari’s e-commerce website (active in the USA and Japan) for €390 ($420) each, of which €70 ($90) will be donated to Save the Children.
