Burberry has announced the opening of its new Burberry Childrenswear store in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The 100 square metre store opened at the Marina Mall on 1 July 2011.

The store reflects the Burberry design concept developed by Burberry Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey. British materials and themes used throughout the store with LED flat screen video wall showcasing Burberry digital content controlled by the brand’s global headquarters in London.

Taking inspiration from its archives, the Burberry Childrenswear collection features direct references to the Burberry ready-to-wear and accessories collections for men and women.

Burberry has six existing stores in the UAE – Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi (Burberry womenswear collections only), Mall of the Emirates, Wafi Mall, Deira City Center and Burjuman in Dubai as well as a flagship store at the Dubai Mall.

All stores are operated through Burberry Middle East – a joint venture announced at the end of 2008.
